“I felt overcome with the fear of debt and as much as I tried to keep up my obligations I could not. The proactive, efficient and professional service I have received completely met the benchmark although I had little expectation and even fear to contact Scotland debt solutions I can totally say that every anxiety was blown away especially when I spoke to Michael Farquhar who as a practitioner has been nothing less than exemplary. “I have always had manageable debt until recently, my circumstances changed, I found myself deeper in my overdraft as my wage was no longer repaying it, I resorted to using my credit cards live and finally started cancelling direct debits for rent, utility bills etc. Everything spiralled out of control. For the first time, I honestly didn't no where to turn. I made an online enquirey and received a response from David Tannock followed the next day by a telephone conversation. I found it difficult to initially reach out to a stranger and admit that i was struggling finacially but David immediately made me feel very comfortable about opening up, non judgemental about how I ended up in this situation and put me at ease. We then went through all my finances, he then suggested a realistic and manageable solution. David talked me through everything I needed to do following our conversation. Obviously it felt like alot of information at the time and I felt in a bit of a daze but also felt a weight had been lifted. David has made himself available told me through any queries and has now started processing an agreement. I feel so relieved, making first steps to being debt free. Thankyou again David.”

“Chelsea and David were extremely helpful. I was embarrassed and apprehensive about my situation but they took time to listen and explain my options. David was very professional and outlined the possible ways forward. For the first time in a long time I feel more positive about things. “I was initially worried about my debts and didn't know where to turn to. I spoke with David Tannock who was very patient and helpful and explained all of my options. I'm not great with technology so David travelled from Glasgow office to Edinburgh office to meet me and help me in person with the paperwork and documents. “I recently got into a bit of debt bother and it became so overwhelming I just let it snowball for months.
