“The screw extractor kit was not able to do the job as the size of the screw being removed is in between the grades. Theoretically this could be navigated through patience but in 2.5 hours of use I had barely made an impression on boring the screw to a suitable size and so have up. Also, no instructions which is not that helpful, despite being straight forward having not done it before they would have been appreciated. Bought from here as thought better quality than the Amazon fare.”

“Impressed by quality of blades, decidedly unimpressed with fit of reducer rings. Blade kept working loose, highly dangerous. Time served joiner of 40 years experience, never had this problem before but fitted and refitted several times same result with both blades. Back to Makita”

“Tile cutting drill bits bought specifically for hard porcelain tiles. After drilling 2 holes the bits were blunt. I have had to buy another set of drill bits to get the job done. Total waste of money.”

“I ordered SHFSK61-1 . I recieved the 60 piece sanding set but no Pad. These didn't come as a Pack but sent loosely ( sent with SHSK61-1) probably to get them to fit into the one envelope. Also I ordered SH78SP-1 (as a spare for SHSK61) but recieved instead SH78BG. This I didn't mind as I can use it but the 60 sheets of finger sandpaper and no mat aren't much use to me. I thought I was after finding a good Site for Parts but was disappointed in the end.”

“Delivery was quick however the quality of the wood blades supplied were disappointing. Their usage on softwood was limited as the blade quickly wore out after a few cuts. In no way did they last as expected, compared to the Bosch originals”

“Very helpful over the phone but the quality of the pads and sandpaper( hook and loop) was very disappointing. Hooks and loops seemed to melt through heat of friction”

“So far I have been unable to remove the two screws from a handle with these items . Can drill into the heads ok but even with substantial pressure the removal end just spins and does not grip the screw. Window is hardwood and screw been there for 20 years, maybe the reason, probably going to have to drill out each screw completely”

“They usually provide a 1st Class Next Day Service. However, Royal Mail has let them down badly with 2 recent orders. I suggest they consider using a different courier - or risk losing customers like me!”

“I purchased 3 blades for cutting hardwood but have not used these yet, I also purchase a Carbide Heavy Metal tipped blade for cutting steel screws on an item i am dismantling, performance was dismal even though i used it as recommended ie slow speed and with lubricant(Fein Multitool) the job would have been no problem with a Starret saw blade in a handle.”
