“I inadvertently ordered the wrong blade. I wanted a 255mm 80T blade specifically for an Evolution 255SMS mitre saw but had ordered a generic version which would not have fitted. Saxtons sent me a 250mm blade, so we were both wrong! However, a quick call to Saxton's got it sorted. Very helpful chap at the other end who clearly knew his stuff, arranged for the correct blade to be sent the next day, along with a freepost returns slip for the exchange of the incorrect one. Swift, helpful and the kind of customer service we all hope for. Excellent!”
