“First time user as I bought a new Multi tool and after doing some research, Saxon name kept coming up. Ordering was straight forward but unfortunately the package was delivered with one blade short. I decided easiest way was to order further blades and ask that missing one was added. Did this and quick email was sent and reply apologising received and missing blade was dispatched with new order. Spent more than I intended but blades seem good quality so far”

“Easy on line purchase and fast delivery, bought the metal cutting circular saw blade, did about 8 cuts on 50 x 50 x 3 mm mild steel box section before it was too blunt to continue.”

“5 stars for product and service. Only gripe is we are in Jersey to which VAT does not apply but we get charged every time. We sell kitchens bedrooms and bathrooms which all come via UK and deal with 40 or so UK firms and none charge vat.”

“Good blades, cut easily. I needed the blades to cut kitchen units and kitchen cabinet doors, the blades chipped out the decorative coating slightly, which was disappointing. If they had cut cleanly then my rating would have been higher.”

“Advised on the wrong blades for the type of multi tool but handled the returns and replacement very well”

“For the price, I think these aren't as hardwearing as can be. The trick is to allow the blade to do the work and keep it moving left to right. Don't force the blade to cut quicker as this will knacker It quickly. Despite what I've said, the longevity is poor. Only one cut using a carbide heavy metal blade on a rusty 20mm tubular pipe and the teeth have already lost sharpness.”

“A segmented blade for my multi tool. Acceptable but a very fine cut. good for plasterboard and even plastic, but I use them for cutting and lifting floor boards and need something with a coarser and quicker cut.”

“Wood blades not quite as good as the blade that came with my Milwaukee multi tool, and the carbide heavy metal blade was OK but did not perform as expected - but I was using it on nails and I may have been expecting too much.”

“Sent them an email as the blade they sent me was having a problem with that the centre hole was larger than one I have in still waiting for a reply. Blades excellent built poor support service lacks”
