“I have had an Evolution mitre saw for a number of years. The blade that it comes with is what they call a Rage blade. A kind of one blade for all purposes. This is fine but once you have used it on say metal and hard plastic its then terrible on wood and leaves plenty of tear out. They do make a deticated blade for wood but they are always out of stock. Also finding a replacement after market alternative is made hard by the fact that it's 8 1/4" with an inch bore. I guess this is a ploy. So onto an internet search, this is where I found Saxton Blades. Such an easy site to navigate. Just enter blade diameter, bore and TPI. I bought three blades in the end fine, medium and course for the same price as one Evolution blade. They arrived the next day too. This is a 5 star company. Will definitely be using them again.”

“Blade looks good quality, its price point against others is very competitive. I bought a 100T blade for fine cuts and mitres and it certainly cuts well and clears dust easily. I am not a heavy user, so I cannot say how these blades woud hold up under heavy usage, but for DIY'ers such as myself, as the old saying goes..why pay more. Delivery was very quick, well boxed and protected with a plastic guard around blade edge. Thanks.”
