Ordered 3 times before it was delivered - told of a courier without a tracking device

I ordered some blades on the 6th June, they still haven't arrived, it's now the 22nd. I emailed them with an enquiry about the whereabouts of my order and didn't get a response. Not a happy customer.

Sent them an email explaining that the blades I ordered that stated they fit the festool vecturo did not fit. 2 weeks later and no reply.

I cannot use the blade because the spacers you supplied so the blade can fit my machine are so poorly cut they do not fit so the bank holiday was totally wasted as couldn’t do what I wanted with the blade I bought from Saxton

The blades that I purchased came apart at the weld after a few minutes of use. I wouldn’t buy them again.

I recently ordered an item which was not suitable for the work I wanted to do. A simple email to Saxton and the matter was resolved without any quibble. Returned item and refunded without delay, thanks Glenn. I have dealt with Saxton for years and is always my first port of call. Excellent service.

Terrible!! Tonnes of smoke, very hard to cut plywood. Ill be seeking a refund. Maybe it's only meant to cut butter because it was awful at cutting softwood ply.

the rubber piece on the finger sanding plate that the sanding pads go on fell off after being used for about 2 minutes

The blades are going blunt straight away. I'm electrician and need to cut floorboards, at the minute it's taking one blade per floor board that I lift. Really not impressed with recent blades

I ordered multi and jigsaw blades which I never received. When I informed saxton about this in their comments section on the website I got no response. I have cancelled the payment.

Made the order nearly 3 weeks ago and haven't recieved my product I have emailed and called to try and get hold of someone to sort the issue out. The money has been taken from my bank aswel.

First blade I used became blunt with worn teeth after cutting approx. 2"x2" of treated softwood which had dried out in an otherwise inaccessible place. The tool was a corded Fein Multimaster which performs well, far better than the cordless Bosch GOP offering it replaced - batteries die quickly and retaining 'clips' become loose and connection fails. I'll try a different blade maker next time or even go back to the Fein blades which are obviously more expensive. Drawback on third party blades is the lack of 45° facility. If you're prepared to use these blades as immediately sacrificial to save time then OK. It's an expensive cut though.
