“I ordered Indola colour mousse medium blonde order 1050 on 3/8/23 and have still not received it in spite of 2 emails to customer service.
I tracked as far as Evri where it seemed to have not left. Evri state apply to the seller if parcels do not arrive. Please advise.
I have used the mousse before from another supplier and liked it apart from staining the pillowcase. It washes out. It helps to cover grey between washes and looks natural. The colour is pleasing. I’m unable to have my hair coloured as I’m bedbound.”
