“Very quick to respond and answer questions. Always helpful. Materials developed and provided have so far been excellent. They need some contextualisation of course but that's required whenever you purchase resources. Pricing is very competitive. I could go cheaper but then I'd be buying rubbish or plagiarised material. The LMS is simple to use and meets our needs”

“Wherever you purchase material from, it always needs to be tailored against your clients need. RTO-Material is providing sound base material on which you can build up, i.e. chop and change, etc. It seems to be a small company, hence the customer service is caring and listens well. A joy to deal with. Remember, it's good foundational material that needs your own touch to it. I can recommend it.”

“The customer service from RTOMaterials is very good and responses to any questions are received in quick time. The ordering process is very easy and processing of orders is quite prompt. I normally order in the morning and receive the material by the afternoon.”

“We used RTO Materials for our TAE Certificate IV submission and flew through. We did contextualise of course but that was not difficult. Extremely responsive and even though we are really a small customer we get treated royally! Highly recommended.”

“Sarah, Emily and the team at RTO Materials have always been prompt and attentive to our requirements. We have been using their services for 5 years and over this period their customer service has always been at a very high standard and we would recommend them to anyone who is looking to partner with a company for the development of training resources. Their product provides us with training resources where we can use ‘out of the box’ or contextualise for our own individual needs. The team at RTO Materials was our first port of call when we started to navigate our way through the recent BSB package changes. “These guys have a very wide range of resources available, and provide a comprehensive set of documents for each unit. The material is sufficient to cover the content required, but depending on the unit selected and the level of the qualification, the student learning experience can always benefit from additional current examples of any particular practice, which competent and current trainers will be on top of anyway. Given the pace of change in unit versions it's wise to review the mapping to ensure it's to the most recent version Very good customer service and fair price.”
