“Lovely products & simple system however could you cut down on packaging as well ie. the amount of plastic with the cleanser and night cream? Other Brand’s are now doing refills.”

Thank you for your comments and kind words on the products, I am glad to hear you are a fan of our minimal system. Package design is something we are strongly addressing and are working heavily on with our ESG agenda for 2022. Our original packaging uses a state of the art ‘airless’ delivery system. However we realise as a business we need to progress to a more sustainable structure and as such are moving away from these lovely, though ‘highly engineered’ packs, to a more sustainable system using recycled materials, eliminating single use plastics. I will highlight your comments with the team as we better develop our whole system.

“Great service, even during lockdown! Lovely scent and consistency, which absorbs quickly, but can still feel how moisturised my skin is in the morning. Skin looking glowing even after a few days, just a shame not many getting to admire it at the moment!”

“Really great service - I spoke with someone via Instagram before purchasing and they were super helpful in assisting me with selecting the right products. I have only been using the cleanser and Supercell Serum since last Friday (today is Thursday) and so far I really like both products a lot, they are lovely to use and haven’t caused me any irritation to my super sensitive and troublesome skin! They’re also helping to heal the awful breakout I suffered a couple of weeks ago when I changed up some of my make up brands. Both are pretty spenny so I hope they go a long way - I couldn’t afford to re-purchase monthly so that will be the clincher.”

“Had a minor issue with the website on Black Friday which meant that an item was not delivered. A call to customer service and the missing item arrived next day. I wish all customer service departments worked as efficiently. PS I know the products are good - my wife tells me that they are!!”

“I am so in love with Romilly Wilde's whole range, I keep looking at how amazing my skin is looking…I have never felt so happy with my skin, and with signs of getting older showing more, I am just delighted with how healthy my skin looks. Since I was a teenager I have always had a slightly oily complexion in certain areas and dry in others. Over the years I have tried big name brands, little known brands and lots in between, the Romilly Wilde range has done wonders for my skin and for my confidence. I wear less makeup since I started using this range as I want to show off how radiant my skin looks! Customer service is top notch too.”

“Ordered perfume and two small bottles. Arrived quickly. External cardboard box was plain, ripped in one place and taped with a RW branded clear tape inexpertly applied. It didnt feel as if i had spent over £100 on it. Inside was fine though, shredded paper and branded wrap protecting the 3 bottles which were in perfect condition. I’ll wrap up the insides for Christnas and I’m sure it will make someone very happy.”
