"On a 1000km hike in Spain in 2022 the Rohan gear was perfect, especially the stretch bags, the technical properties and the comfort combined to help make it a great experience. In May 2024 I will be doing a 1500km hike and I have no hesitation in using Rohan gear again."

"My experience, of a Mens Dover shirt purchase was top notch, with an excellent assistant giving me a gifted informative chat. I suggested a customer's feedback on colour preferences, but said I preferred Rohans more subdued colour palette. As some retailers use garish primary colours."

"I recently bought this hat from your sale. It is quite the most uncomfortable hat I have ever owned due to the awful ruffled lining on the front head band as shown in the photo. I have already complained twice with photographs to no avail. Most of my wardrobe for many years has come from you with no complaints and absolute satisfaction but not this time."

“I am a big fan of ROHAN, I have been for many years. I like the material used in the clothing - ideal for travel purposes. I would like to see some different colour options, especially in their shirts and travel jackets - anything other than green and brown. “Looking for a winter shirt in the sale. Called Long Preston as we were going to be there the following day. The lady was initially very helpful but when I asked if she would keep the item to one side, turned very negative. I offered to pay for it over the phone, no joy....just negative. Clearly she didn't want to sell the item so I ordered it online. I never thought of Long Preston being that busy. The item arrive while we were away and had to be picked up from an agent in our village...a right chew on with specific ID etc...not easy. This was not a slick process.....just a mass of strange barriers. I have been buying Rohan since they first started. I see many of the original items framed in various Rohan outlets... The quality has been variable over the years but I have never had this much trouble buying a specific item. Long Preston could learn a thing or two from your Ambleside outlet which I visited recently....they were relaxed and attentive...and knew how deal with customers. One request....when are you likely to produce the Olfio tops again mine are a little worn out and I would dearly love to buy replacements. Not bad for nearly thirty years.....”

“My wife and I are longstanding and very satisfied Rohan converts. Sometimes I realise that I must look like a Rohan advert with trousers, polo, fleece and waterproof layers, all boasting the (fortunately discrete) Rohan logos, even just to go shopping! I have never had a Rohan item that I have not worn regularly. Rohan clothing was my 'go to' first choice when I recently backpacked The Coast to Coast to celebrate my retirement, and in contrast was also my first clothing pile when packing to go to Mauritius! Clothes for all seasons.”

“Since I had my first piece of Rohan clothing bought for me in 1979 I've been a fan! The clothing is as good today as those original Superstriders and the whole Rohan experience, from the knowledge of the staff in the stores to the expertise of those in Customer Services, is second to none! The system developed from marketing through to customer service should be an example to the retail industry and, whilst technology will improve things even further, at the moment it is as good as it gets.
