“The barriers delivered were not as described. They only had a single hook and pin connection, and the gaps were significantly wider than expected, making them unsuitable and unsafe for event use, as people could easily pass through the gaps. After raising the issue with the company, there were lengthy delays and several reassurances that ultimately led nowhere before a replacement was finally arranged.
The replacement barriers had acceptable gaps, but still only included a single hook and pin. Following a further complaint, I was informed that if I wanted the barriers as originally advertised, I would need to place an order for 100 units. I declined and requested a refund instead.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to misleading advertising and poor customer service. Based on my experience, I would avoid this company and product in future.”
