“Joe, Richard and Holly were always on the other end of the phone/email to help. We messaged Joe so many times with questions about paperwork etc and he always messaged back straight away explaining it to us! Even if we thought it was a stupid question Joe always put us at ease! “First time buyer and was clueless at the start of the process. Nearly got roped into using the estate agents mortgage broker but went away and did some research with a view of going it alone. But found Richard who immediately helped me feel relaxed, assured and was a much better price. Richard helped us find the best mortgage and was a star when it came to the application process, showing us all the hints, tips and tricks. He passed us onto a decent solicitor firm and also helped that part of the process. Richard was always available to answer my questions, even at weekends, and the frequent updates from Holly were reassuring. I can’t imagine how much more stressful the process would have been if we didn’t use Richard and Right Choice Mortgages. It was well worth paying for the service rather than going it alone. It offered advice, experience and guidance where Google and Martin Lewis couldn’t. Richard, big thanks to you and the team!”

“Excellent service as always. Kept up to date throughout the process. I understand Joe is great for first time buyers but just to mention I have used him for two remortgages now, one of which was part of a divorce. He made a stressful time a little easier and I can’t recommend his services enough. Not to mention my mortgage is the lowest price it has ever been!”

“I would recommend right choice mortgages 100% Richard helped me and my parnter sort out our insurances and got us the best deal combining 3 separate insurances into 2 and still saving us money in total £40 a month. He goes through everything with you step by step and makes you feel comfortable. He explains things in a way you understand and is very friendly. He is very professional and always has the time to speak to you weather you are there in his office or on the other end of the phone. He always calls you back if he is unable to answer his phone and is willing to go that extra mile for you.”
