“Honestly, I could not recommend this company enough. I made a mistake filling out my postage address, and put my home postcode in Edinburgh with my work accommodation address in Cornwall. Needless to say the post office was very confused and my Garmin watch ended up at the end of the road round the corner of my house under a wheelie bin, thankfully it was recovered and I have it now and it is brilliant, works perfectly, not a scratch on it. Really honest quality rating for a massive saving. I contacted Reuse Robot about the predicament before it was recovered and they were so helpful, offering advice and ideas, very polite and understanding. Even though I had made the mistake, they refunded me £10 for the postage to get it down to Cornwall! Even after I said there was no need.
