“P W Gates Distribution Ltd had an urgent requirement for over 1500 wooden deck boards (2.7m x 0.9M) for our new site in Chester and Rack Storage had them ready to go very quickly, so that we could get nearly 3000 pallets off the floor and into the racking. We have also recently bought some Mecalux shelving and this was available from stock, ready for an instant collection by our maintenance team. Always a delight to deal with!”

“Rack Storage System exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Their team was exceptionally flexible and professional throughout the racking installation at my new warehouse, and their pricing was very fair compared to other providers. A special mention goes to their manager, Paul, who is polite, knowledgeable, and truly reliable—he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. “Extremely happy with the product and service from Rack Storage. The courier they use to deliver the mezzanine arrived on time and was very helpful. The 2 fitters arrived at the same time and gave a great initial first impression with there willingness to help unload and prepare the are where the mezzanine was being fitted and explain what was going to be done. The job was completed without a hitch, and the end result was a mezzanine to a great standard that exceeded our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all.”

“These guys have been really helpful. My company - Relovision Ltd has several different storage locations with constantly changing requirements. Aaron at Rack Storage Systems is always responsive and helpful. We have bought used racking and racking components on several occasions. The kit has always arrived in good condition, cut to the correct sizes and the delivered on time. I would highly recommend Rack Storage Sytems.”

“all office staff were polite and professional and helpful, price was clear and reasonable. just the delivery was little tricky as delivered with wire cables holding the racking and the driver had no tools to be able to open this for the rack to be unloaded by us, so had to figure out this issue which we didn't expect.”

“My request was to install existing racing into a new warehouse space. The fitters arrived on time and did a great job. There was a small issue over their hired scissor lift which was left randomly in the warehouse after the job and not parked outside. Otherwise there would be 4 Stars.”

“I contacted Rack Storage Systems to discuss our requirements for Mezzanine flooring. The response was very professional from the outset we received a same day quotation which was competitively priced followed by a factory visit to assess the location and provide a CAD drawing. The fitting team arrived on time were very professional and erected a first class product. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone searching for storage solutions.
