“all office staff were polite and professional and helpful, price was clear and reasonable. just the delivery was little tricky as delivered with wire cables holding the racking and the driver had no tools to be able to open this for the rack to be unloaded by us, so had to figure out this issue which we didn't expect.”

“My request was to install existing racing into a new warehouse space. The fitters arrived on time and did a great job. There was a small issue over their hired scissor lift which was left randomly in the warehouse after the job and not parked outside. Otherwise there would be 4 Stars.”

“I contacted Rack Storage Systems to discuss our requirements for Mezzanine flooring. The response was very professional from the outset we received a same day quotation which was competitively priced followed by a factory visit to assess the location and provide a CAD drawing. The fitting team arrived on time were very professional and erected a first class product. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone searching for storage solutions. “I got 6 quotes in August to put in a Mezzanine level. Some suppliers tried to blind me with science, some were unhelpful and some were eye wateringly expensive. .... and then there was Rack Storage Systems !! Paul was helpful and straight forward to deal with, a thoroughly good person and kind. His team were hard working and efficient and we now have a fabulous Mezzanine Level. Perfect design for our building, loads of space and even a perfect colour for a water company ! All within a few weeks. As if that wasn't good enough, Rack Storage were literally half the price of some of the other quotes. I totally recommend them.”

“Ordered a mezzanine to be designed and installed in our new premises. They understood our requirements and delivered exactly as we needed. When our landlord requested loading calculations, they arrived next day. When we had to delay the installation (our fault), they rescheduled without question. Nothing was too much trouble. A great company to deal with.”

“Dehum recently tasked Rack Storage with the installation of a mezzanine floor at our new premises. The design is first class with the overall fit and finish of the fire protection outstanding. Very quick to respond to queries, with set dates for site visits always adhered to. Wouldn't hesitate to use Rack Storage again and would highly recommend.”
