Kristina always quickly responded to the questions I had and the two guys who picked up were very polite and courteous. A five star recommendation from me!”

“Excellent level of service. The operative that came was very polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Was able to answer any enquiries that we had. Your administration was exceedingly helpful when we initially enquired about how to meet our WEEE commitments as we were not sure how to proceed. We would be more than happy to recommend Pure Planet Recycling to other companies.”

“Got us out of a hole at very short notice when another, reputable, company we had been working with for some weeks simply dropped us. Pure Planet Recycling were very easy to deal with, accommodating and very efficient. Their costs were also reasonable given that nearly all the kit we had (servers, disk arrays, desktops, monitors and various other WEEE including lots of hard disks) was 10 years old or more. The report on safe destruction of any data was prompt and complete.”

“I had a very large amount of IT equipment that needed to be professionally disposed of. Pure Planet Recycling was brilliant from start to finish. Quick response to my request and they were able to fit in with my very tight schedule. Completed the work in less time than I was expecting, and of course written confirmation of disks/data destroyed. Great work. Thank you.”

“5 Star Service - After contacting several local companies who failed to turn up to recyle and dispose of a commercial fridge. I found Pure Planet Recycling via internet search, contacted via email for a quote, had a quick response and arranged for collection. Gentleman who came to collect the fridge was very polite and helpful. From quote to collection less than a week. Couldn't fault the service. Thank you.”

“we had a large quantity of flourescent tubes to dispose of which if we was to take to the tip would take us over 3 years to get rid, did some research online and came across pure planet website was quick and easy to use with really quick responses aswell as a quick and convenient collection day of which the driver arrived earlier thsn planned and was very professional and friendly. i would highly recommend this company to anyone.”

“A great service, excellent response to email enquiries, and really friendly. Quoted and collected in 10 days, it could have been shorter, but we weren't quite ready. No issues with adding items to the list either. We will be using PPR in future, especially as the City Council are an epic failure in providing this service to businesses.”
