Dear Nattalie, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you're disappointed. We were, however, surprised by your comments, as this order was placed as a pre-order with a clearly communicated estimated dispatch date. This timeframe was acknowledged when you contacted us to request a change of delivery address. We carefully updated your delivery details as requested and were pleased to fulfil and dispatch your order approximately two weeks ahead of the estimated dispatch date. To provide some additional context, I've set out the order timeline below: Having looked into your order, we can confirm this item was purchased as a pre-order on 4 June, with an estimated dispatch date of by 31 July. As with all our pre-orders, this estimated dispatch date was clearly provided on the product page at the time of purchase and was also confirmed in your order confirmation email. On 14 June, we received your email requesting a change of delivery address, as you were aware of the estimated dispatch timeframe. We updated your delivery address as requested and confirmed this had been carefully actioned. We're pleased that we were able to fulfil your order well ahead of schedule, dispatching it on 13 July. Unfortunately, Royal Mail has since advised that delivery to the amended address was unsuccessful and that the parcel is now being returned to us. We are always happy to help resolve delivery issues, but we were not contacted before this review was left. Had you contacted us, we would have been able to investigate the issue with Royal Mail and help find a resolution, particularly as the order had been dispatched well in advance of the estimated pre-order dispatch date. We appreciate your frustration. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and believe we demonstrated this throughout your order by accommodating your requested delivery address change and fulfilling your pre-order nearly two weeks ahead of the estimated dispatch date in an effort to ensure you received it as soon as possible. Once the parcel has been returned to us by Royal Mail, we'll be in touch to arrange the next steps and ensure the matter is resolved as quickly as possible. “I love this place, l was looking for some small storage boxes, to put gloves and wooly hats in. And found some lovely Harry Potter boxes, as a fan, l couldn't help myself and bought 3. They are now displayed on the shelf above my coat rack. Punk & Poodle thankyou for your great service, and having some amazing unique items. Will definitely be ordering more stuff for the home.”
