“Unfortunately I didn’t receive the item I ordered apparently went missing in the post.
I did contact them and they said they couldn’t provide proof of post but it had left.
No offer was made by them replace.
Not sure I will order from them again”
Hi Hayley, we are sorry you did not recieve your order, unfortunately you selected a 2nd class postal service fro the cart, we are unable to track and trace a 2nd class option.
Hopefully it is just the service running late and will still land with you.
