“Great service in general with all the paperwork and details with DVLA etc .... however need to get a new number plate supplier ... had the front one replaced due to poor quality eventually ... replacement was no better ... went to Halfords in the end to get the plates made properly”

“Paid for Primo to deal with the transfer. Bought the plate online Saturday night, it was on the car by Thursday! It’s helps if you print off the transfer pack yourself and get your V5 sent back to them ASAP. My husband didn’t pay them to deal with the transfer and he’s still waiting for his retention certificate! Sucker 😂😂”
