“Unfortunately some of my official paperwork for the car was “lost”. I knew that everything had been sent but was told that we must have forgotten to put it in. Therefore had to wait for the V5 to arrive from DVLA and then send that, hence everything was held up. Would have been quicker if I’d saved the fee and done it myself!!”
