“I bought number plates from Primo 2 weeks ago and the plates were delivered 2 days later. The only problem I had was waiting on the V5C form from DVLA. I contacted Primo and they assured me everything was ok. The V5 arrived today so I posted the relevant forms off today so hopefully Primo will get back to me soon to tell me I can fit the plates to my car. I have no complaints whatsoever about the service or the people I have spoken to at Primo and I would use them again. Posted Thursday 4th November.”

“I'm stunned and delighted to say that the quality and speed of service I have received has been superb. I ordered my private registration on the Wednesday (they did it on the phone for me because I had an Internet problem that day), received my new plates on Friday, with a free envelope to send my registration document back to them, as I paid £20 extra for them to liase with the DVLA and arrange the swap over of MOT and TAX. I sent this back on Monday and on Tues afternoon got an email from them saying the plates could be put on my car and we're legally registered. 5 working days including weekend days !!!!. How can I fault that, I simply can't. Oh, and they were also slightly cheaper than going direct to the DVLA. I might not buy another private plate for a while as I've got one now that looks great, but if I ever do, I will use this company and service without looking elsewhere because I now trust them completely to deal with this expertly, and I totally recommend them to everyone. That's it, no more reviews for a while !!!! Gone........”
