“Purchased my new registration plate from these and decided to let them sort everything which they did in spectacular fashion even sorting out my disabled car tax. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Transaction time was about 10 days in total... Superb company”

“Superb customer service at Primo Registrations this is my first private plate and love the quality, the only negative which doesn’t reflect the 5* rating is the little letting I ordered to match the plates when I received it it was just the lettering in black and white the design didn’t match the plate, apart from that superb, highly recommend.”

“No different to the other plate seller's also no paying for 1st class postage on your plates mine took a week to come waste of £6.99! Never had that issue anywhere else with Royal Mail 1st class, but Primo blamed it on them anyway!!!”

I can then see that they were delivered to you on the 05 November 2021 at 13:46. I'm very sorry to hear that you experienced the delays that Royal Mail are experiencing sporadically at the moment.
