“I paid the bit extra for Primo to handle the paperwork and have to say I am impressed by how it went. All communications were online, which suites me as my hearing precludes meaningful telephone conversations. And, anyway, we know how much we all enjoy call centres. There was none of that nonsense. Primo made the process straightforward, with minimal input required on my part. Furthermore they kept me abreast with each development as is proceeded, from production and delivery of the new physical number plates to telling me when the DLA had cleared the application and the plates could be fitted. They even remined me to update my car insurer with the new number, which is something easily, and potentially disastrously, overlooked. 10/10 Thank you Primo”

“Brilliant service from start to finish with primo, kept me up to date with every step, registration bought and transferred really quickly, I would recommend the fully managed service from Primo, I had my plate in 3 days and the transfer was completed in just over a week and I received my new registration certificate in the post a few days later.
