“It has been 16 working since primo received my details.I paid £19.99 for them to deal with the dvla.I was then informed the dvla are now dealing with the transfer.save yourself some money and go through dvla yourself.no communication from primo.still no word when I can put my plates on.customer service is non existant.”

Hi Steven, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm very sorry that you feel it necessary to leave a poor review instead of contacting us directly to discuss the situation. If you'd have contacted us we would have been able to advise you of the situation at the DVLA due to them being on strike which has delayed a number of transfers, which is as frustrating for us and it is for our customers. I can confirm that you certainly wouldn't have been able to get it completed quicker than we can, as everyone is experiencing these delays. However, we will confirm to you, as it shows in the last email and text that was sent to you, as soon as the transfer has been completed. Thanks The Primo Team

“bought 2 plates (£1000 +) ....1 for a family member as a surprise present !!!...typo error on my part but was charged £ 50 (admin charges) for changing names ????? Took money ....took 1 min to change ....and told me ....all good to go !!!! WTF”

“A very slick and smooth transfer operation that would have been even quicker if we'd been able to find the V5C document but that was our fault not Primo Registrations.
