“Excellent service from Advisors, kept well updated with the progress of my purchase, excellent value for money, extremely fast delivery, lots of options to choose your perfect private reg with the options of little extras with no pressure to buy, excellent aftercare, they deal with everything so you don't have to. I would highly recommend buying from Primo Registrations they are a fantastic company. I was going to buy on the DVLA Website but I changed my mind as Primo was £286 cheaper. I bought a private Reg for an 18th Birthday present & Primo made sure I had in time even during Royal Mail Strikes. They really do go far & beyond for their Customers :) They also answer their phones very very quickly. Thanks Primo my Son was over the moon with his very sentimental reg I purchased for him. I can see that your order was despatched to you on the 29th November via economy delivery as ordered. We advised you of this. Delivery normally takes 5-7 working days for economy delivery, and despite the Royal Mail being on strike I can see that they have been delivered to you today, the 5th December. I'm once again sorry to hear that you feel our service to be poor, and you believe that we are a bogus company, but I can see that you've received what you ordered. Thanks The Primo Team

“Efficient service, no hiccups and cheapest around. Only gave 4 stars as I ordered and paid for a number plate fixing kit, which was supposed to have arrived with my new number plates. 7 days later, I’m still waiting (despite an email apologising and advising they would be sent out) and technically, illegally driving around on false (my original) number plate”
