“Posted a job for a simple kitchen tap replacement for my dad, a widower with several health issues. Only response was from a plumber who lives 30 miles away. No alternative quotes received despite site saying there was match of 32 tradesmen in the area.”

“Ordered on 5th January and one week later the job advert is not posted and there has been no replies to 10+ emails and both telephone numbers on the site do not ring. I assume they may have gone out of business, so will seek refund from credit card and will use another service. We've wasted a week on a time critical hire, so please be cautious using this company.”
