“Tutoring on the PMT platform is really enjoyable. They provide lots of support to get you started, and if you have any questions the team are very responsive and helpful. The PMT platform is great; you can put on your availablity so you can do as much, or as little, as you wish. Students and parents can contact you via the messaging system so you don't share your personal contact details with them. Resources can be shared by uploading them to the relevant classroom on the platform. When sessions are booked, they can seamlessly be added to your goolgle calendar to help you organise all of your commitments. The payment is collected automatically so you don't have to worry about chasing payment, but you do need to register your earnings with HMRC, as tax is not collected automatically. The LessonSpace sytem, where you actually deliver your sessions, allows you to get all of your resources set up beforehand, but also you and the student, can still write on the whiteboard during your sessions, so you can still be very interactive. If you are thinking of online tutoring, I would highly recommend PMT Education.”
