“The tutor is excellent however the interface is very difficult to use. For example finding how to book a new lesson with the same tutor if you don't have a regular slot is way more complicated than it should be - that should be a one click option.”

I'm sorry that you've had some trouble navigating the platform. You should be able to book further lessons with an existing tutor simply by going to your Bookings tab, clicking your tutor's name and selecting 'Book another lesson'.
