“Above and beyond!!! I am a complete novice and know nothing about smart bikes / training indoors. I saw Ian post a few things on Facebook and sent him a message. He gave me his number and helped me find my way. Gave me the knowledge and confidence to go through with my purchase of a Wattbike, followed up with how various training apps work. Again, having no clue whatsoever, Ian was more than happy to advise me on set up, monitor and the best way to power Zwift. All of this before I'd even committed to purchasing anything from his website. Once everything was in place, Ian spent even more time guiding me through the various options and the best way to attach / mount / secure my add ons to the bike. On ordering, everything arrived in a couple of days and was packaged securely. The prices are excellent as is the customer service. Extremely lucky to have stumbled across 'Place of Things' and grateful to have had Ian's encouragement. All this and we've never even met. Incredible products from an incredible guy. Thank you 🙏”
