The online subscription for all e-learning is very interesting and convenient. You do pay extra for an exam at APMG, but it is the most advantageous formula if you want to follow more than 1 course. Booking the exam voucher by the customer service of Pink Elephant was done very quickly!

Despite being a requirement for all service desk staff to attend an ITIL course, I am delighted that I learned about future courses offered which suit my role more closely.

Training was set-up in clear steps and with good ability to practice and get support. Really liked how to plot the 4 dimensions of service management and all information related to the service management system, on the company I work for. Good foundation!
