“Excellent, fast customer service providing what we asked for. One small issue arose with PG's suppliers but PG immediately took responsibility, went the extra mile and resolved it speedily and to our satisfaction. Lots of companies perform well when things go according to plan; it's those companies which quickly and professionally deal with any problems, however minor, that are really worth knowing about.”
