“this was the first and last time I will every purchase a mattress and adjustable bed frame online. I waited over 4 weeks to get the stuff, and when I got the $3000 bed frame it was dumped in the gutter and box broken open and parts missing. Wanted to just return the entire purchase but they did not want to give me my money back or take their stuff back. I was able to sale the items and get most of my money back. The missing legs and cord was sent to me and I was able to get that to the people who purchased the bed from me so they could finally use what I sold them... what a nightmare this experience has been. I did go and purchase a sleep number from a local store, it was delivered and set up with care! I would not recommend this company to anyone.”
