“I decided that I would make enquires into unlocking my pension having reached the grand old age of 55. I had no idea of transfer value but thought a couple of thousand would be a nice little windfall. Portafina were fantastic from start to finish. Keeping me informed - even when the Government put a hold on pension releases during the Brexit vote. I ended up with a bit more than I thought and this has allowed us to do so much. I would never have done this without Portafina. Eternally grateful.”

“Excellent service provided in a friendly manner via layman's language. Quick, efficient and comprehensive, while being treated as a human being not a collection of documents. From initial enquiry to completion was a smooth journey with any minor obstacles professionally managed. “Portafina handled my claim with expert professionalism carefully explaining in s and outs and advising on maters with clear language I would recommend Portafina to anyone I had a claim take 1 year with 15 lots of paper work signed. my money was in the bank 3 days before the due date first class service”

“At the beginning the whole experience seems daunting.\nPortafina made everything so EASY.\nThe staff are brilliant, so understanding, sympathetic, friendly and most of all, helpful.\nI was naive and lacked knowledge regarding the world of pensions. They explain EVERYTHING so well in 'lauman's terms' where needed.\nI couldn't fault them.\nMy advice is if you are looking to move your pension or even take some out you will be fine with Portafina.”
