“This was a Special Request Order from the Factory because the Size I needed was not in stock. As in the past, Pediwear was fantastic at both the fulfillment as well as the shipment. I will continue to purchase my shoes from Pediwear and have no problem recommending them.”

Dear Customer Thank you for your review. Our site is connected to our stock database and updates occur every hour during the day. Items which are end of line are therefore removed immediately. We also display items which we can obtain from the manufacturer within a few days. This allows us to offer a wide range of products which our customers very much appreciate. Occasionally there is a delay in obtaining a product from the manufacturer, and we do appreciate this can be frustrating for customers. However, this is a relatively rare occurrence and we do endeavour to advise customers as soon as possible when this is the case. We also make ourselves available by email, live chat and telephone to discuss our stock levels or your requirements prior to your order. I do hope we can be of service to you again. “I ordered a Christmas present for my husband from Pediwear and to be honest I was concerned it might not arrive before the big day however, my fears were soon banished. Not only was the product cheaper than I could source elsewhere, it was also delivered in perfect condition, beautifully packaged and in plenty of time! I would definitely recommend them and will be ordering from the company again.”

We do try to give good pre-purchase sizing advice, but it's complicated by different foot types and of course shoe last types. “Excellent service as always. I've lived in the U.S. for 18 years; I love it that my shoes are still sent (with a friendly note) from Yorkshire! I'm so pleased I can get the Loake suede brogue with a dainite sole now. Expect to hear from me once or twice a year!”

“I ordered a pair of slippers and it took almost a week before they were shipped. I had to call them to make sure that they would arrive in time before christmas. The service was good and I realize that the staff was very busy, but I think that 7 days is too long to wait for an order to get shipped.”

Thank you for your review - we are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the delivery time for your order. Thank you for letting us know that otherwise the service was good. I checked your order and the delivery date and see that it was delivered within 9 working days from the day you ordered it to your address in Denmark. I note that we advised you by email the day after your order that we would deliver your order within 12 working days. Whilst we appreciate it is frustrating for customers when deliveries take longer at busier times, I hope you will appreciate that we provided prompt accurate information. It is possible that your item was not in stock and had to be ordered in - at this time of year these slippers sell quickly and we frequently have to replenish stock. I hope this episode will not put you off ordering again - we also provide prompt response to emails should you have any concerns in future. Kind Regards Mike Small Shoes International.
