“So many things: The website is easy to use. The range of shoes offered is very broad. The prices are OK. Delivery was fast. The delivery used DHL as the last-mile carrier, which is now the best I know by far (because they have a superior system for agreeing the drop-off time). I had to exchange the first shoes I ordered due to size issues, and that worked well. I received a gift shoe polish and shoe horn with my 1st order. I also received a 10 % discount for the same brand shoes.”

“Having purchased various pairs of shoes (loake) from yourselves, the standard of customer service is and was 100%. Normally deal with Stephen whose knowledge of English footwear is exceptional add to that the personal service he gives is in this day and age is a breath of fresh air.”

“If there was an excellent button I would have selected it. I ordered a hat from Pediwear, however it was out of stock and was no longer available from the suppliers. Simon Willis was so nice and very professional, he contacted me very promptly by email explaining the situation and offering an alternative choice or the option to cancel my order. I chose another hat and received it very promptly. I was kept informed at every stage. The customer service is superb, I have used this company before and would definitely use them again. Can't praise them highly enough.”
