“I buy a pair of Tricker's in chestnut color. It bears NO burnish defect which sometimes occurs to suchlike lighter coloring. Only one tiny scratch is completely understandable given the international shipping.”

“I cannot fault Pediwear for Customer Service. I was kept informed about my order and the boots I bought arrived well packaged with a personal note inside. I have looked at Carmina products for a while and even visited their shop in Madrid, though did not make a purchase at that time. The Carmina Francisco Balmoral boots I bought from Pediwear are of good quality and were very comfortable from the off. The only gripe I have is the quality of the laces provided. Very poor, fraying/snapping after day 1. The spare pair went the same way. The pair of laces I then had to buy locally have been fine. I contacted Pediwear asking them to take the matter up with Carmina as it was a shame that such a lovely pair of quality boots were partially spoiled by poor quality laces. I got a lovely reply back with a promise that this would happen.”

“I have used Pediwear for many years and I am always satisfied. The Barker Glencoe boot was as expected, comfortable fit all be it a little tight across the width but the stretchers sorted that out in a few days. A “G” rather than an “F” fit would have suited me better but this is a personal issue and no fault of Barker. I would certainly recommend the boots and of course Pediwear.”
