Dear Mr Chang, We are sorry to read your comment about our packaging. Every effort is made by our despatch department to prevent damage in transit, your parcel will have been enclosed in corrugated card, then kraft wrapped and finally wrapped again in film. Sadly we have no control of how the parcel is handled en route. We do hope it was only the packaging that suffered and not your shoes. With apologies and kind regards Brian Pediwear

“The first order could not be delivered. Contact with e-mail retourned only error messages. The second try worked well and fast. The shoes are fantastic. Thanks.”

“I was very pleased with Pediwear as my shipment arrived in a very short amount of time even though I live in a different country. Also, they added a box of shoe cream which I had not anticipated at all, so that was a rather nice surprise. All in all, I´m very happy with my purchase from Pediwear and will gladly purchase items from them again.”

Dear Customer Thank you for taking the time to review our service. We are pleased to hear that you like the Hillman. We are sorry that delivery took a little longer than usual. I note that we advised you a delivery time of 10-12 working days the day following your order - and the tracking information shows that it took 9 working days. Even though we beat our estimation, this is much longer than usual - and was a result of low stock levels and an order back log in our despatch department following our winter sale. “My shoes were not ready in stock so I had to wait, but then I had the wrong size, and they were very helpful in changing shoe size, fast shipping. I'm happy”

“Well, let me say the shoes are fantastic, soft from the first use. Price was also ok. Now, delivery time was very long because they were backlogged, probably s own success and some staffing problem. Time to expand the team. Many thanks”

We are sorry about the delay, which, as we advised was due to it being a busy time of year and staff shortage due to illness. We advised you 10-12 working days delivery time (to the US) and I see from the tracking data that the parcel was delivered in 14 working days.
