“I was initially apprehensive about purchasing shoes online......and from UK for that matter, as I am a resident in a Far East country of Malaysia. But Pediwear allayed any fears I had with its excellent service (e.g. website, communication, delivery etc). Although it took almost 3 weeks for the shoes to reach me due to stock issue, the shoes arrived in excellent condition when it did (with free gifts too!). Thank you Pediwear....”

The fulfilment could be improved: 4-5 days for a pair of shoes (should be next day really for the price of the shoes on offer). Packaging should be re-usable for Returns purposes; the brown paper packaging and sellotape felt a bit 1980's”

Dear Mr Howkins Thank you for your review and kind comments regarding our service - it is very pleasing to hear how well our after sales service was appreciated. I checked your order regarding the despatch time - your order was placed at after 9 o' clock on a Friday morning. It was despatched on the following Monday which is within one working day - as we advised on the email we sent to you. Unfortunately, none of the couriers we operate with provide collections over the weekend, so Monday was the earliest possible despatch date. The wrapping issue is a difficult one. Our current packaging procedures have been arrived at after nearly ten years of experience of shipping shoes worldwide - not quite 1980s, 1999 to be precise! There are a great many factors being considered, from customer satisfaction to cost (which ultimately impacts the customer) and environmental considerations. Fortunately, the vast majority of comments we receive regarding the packaging are very positive - but we are always listening to suggestions and are grateful for your suggestions. Once again we are grateful for your review and suggestions - and the fact that you gave us 4 stars despite your concerns regarding the despatch time and packaging.
