Just got my Pc today. I was so happy. Definitely gonna recommend pczone.ie and comeback in the near future with some awesome builds. This is probably the best pc builder in Ireland.

“Ordered a custom PC with no OS because I intended to install Linux myself. The machine itself is excellent: it's quiet, efficient, fast, and looks good on the desk. The only annoyance was having to go into the BIOS to change security settings before Linux would install. If you're shipping a system without an OS, it would make sense to assume the buyer might be installing Linux and leave those settings off. That is just a minor gripe though… overall the build quality is solid.”

“I specified a high performance workstation with help from PCZone. They were extremely helpful for example by suggesting alternatives to products not currently available. In the case of the DDR that I ordered, when it became clear that memory at lower prices was in short supply they gave me the option of immediate ordering at the lower price. At a later stage the GPU that arrived installed turned out to fail intermittently at POST or after. They replaced it. The specific GPU I had ordered was not available for the replacement, but they gave me one of a higher spec. This is a company that takes a solid interest in the customer's interest. What I have is solidly put together and has very good airflow. Times for delivery is”

“I have bought 4 pcs from PCZone. The first one was 7 years ago. It's still in daily use. I bought the most recent one only a couple of weeks ago. For reliability the machines are unmatched. Any problems I had with the machine were my own fault. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that sometimes it's difficult to get a response but the machines always arrive and are always reliable so I keep going back for more. If you require a fully tested, reliable machine. Id recommend PCZone.”

“Ordered my first pc from them. Got i9 12900kf looks nice and fast. Chat with dimitri for few weeks got the deal which i think was good except VAT. I could have put that money to level up the graphics card but nothing there i could do. Good tower looks decent with tempered glass. Would have loved little bit of more rgb lights inside there is one on the fan but would have loved more with extra touch of rgb light on ssd card or cpu fan but overall very satisfied wirh the build. Make sure what you want on your pc do bit of research and go for it. Definitely sugges pc zone and shout out to dimitri lovely jon thank you so much.”

“This would be a five star review were it not for the delivery service used by PC Zone to deliver my computer. For those who have items delivered regularly, you'll no doubt be aware of the notoriety of Fastway as a delivery service. In my case I was lucky enough to intercept the driver before he attempted to hand in my package to a house much further down my street (despite parking outside of my house). Would very much appreciate the option for using any other delivery service than Fastway in the future, even if it means paying extra. Regardless, the computer came in perfect condition and I was happy to see that the boxes of the components were also included. I have had no issue with the computer itself, I only voice my concern about Fastway given its exceptionally poor reviews and how they are responsible for handling (in some cases) 1,000e+ computers.”

“My PC arrived in a timely manner, and was very well packaged and put together. I have had an extremely positive and reassuring interaction with PC Zone from this purchase and talking over the phone. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the courier service they used, Fastway Couriers. They seemed shady based on Google Reviews and there was no way to contact them, no working phone or chat function on their website. I wasn't surprised when they delivered the PC that the box was soaking wet on one side and there was a hole in it. The PC was about to tear through the box and fall out when I received it.”

“I didn't know the default case the cit gaming case only came with 1 exhaust fan my computer starts to overheat some games I wish I had picked a different case cause I afraid of going near my computer and maybe messing something up. besides that, I got my pc pretty quicky which was nice under a week build time and delivery.”

“ALL in ALL i am happy, but .. I am having issues after gaming for 3-4 hours . Fans inside i assume makes a horrible noise after a few hours of gaming.. This was obviously not checked/tested before shipped to me. Everything else seems to me fine. If i don't find a solution to this noise though i will be sending it back.”

“delivery was fast but what could've been better was that it turns out if I spent 100 euro more I could've gone with a faster CPU. Maybe some kind of suggestion-list kind of thing would be useful to show things like this. That, say, if you spend an extra hundred, your gear would be this and that much better.”
