“An amazing introduction to Thai cooking - equal parts instructive and fun! Jirapan's enthusiasm and knowledge made this a fantastic experience and unlike a lot of cookery classes, I feel 100% confident that I can make all of the dishes we prepared on the day - particularly with the comprehensive recipe cards we got given at the end of the session. I'd recommend this to anyone, regardless of whether you're a seasoned chef looking to experiment with a new cuisine, or a complete beginner looking to take your first tentative steps.”

“Jirapan is a charming, fun, informative, engaging, passionate chef and teacher. We had a wonderful experience learning about Thai herbs, spices, methods and cooking the most amazing food! Tasted even better than my favourite restaurant The Thai Terrace! I’m confident we will be able to recreate the menu for guests with our through instructions and suggested suppliers for Thai ingredients. I would recommend booking this course wholeheartedly. We had the best time, as will our future guests, best Christmas present the kids have ever given us; the gift that keeps on giving ;)”

“This was my second cooking class with Jirapan and I enjoyed it very much! Lots of useful tips and advice on cooking, and amazing food :) The crucial thing for me was that she adjusted the recipes to be gluten-free, as I am coeliac, so I could enjoy all the food that was cooked in the class when we sat down to eat it. I came with a friend and she was really happy with the class as well. I will be coming back definitely!”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my first ever cooking class. Our host, Jirapan, was an excellent teacher. Instructions were very clear, infomative and easy to follow. After 3-4 hours the six want-to-be chefs produced a fantastic authentic meal of three dishes which we enjoyed together with a glass of wine. Wonderful way to spend an afternoon. “The group class was fantastic, and I will be recommending the class to all my friends that love Thai food! Jirapan who taught the class, is very friendly and personable. She was very flexible and managed to cater and teach a meat, pescitarian and vegetarian version of the the same dish for the different dietary requirements in the class, which I was very grateful for. The ingredients and the end creations were as if they had been made in Thailand, very fresh and the best Thai food I've eaten. I am so inspired to learn more, thankyou!”

“This was a superbly run, hands on, cookery class. Stunning venue and small, delightful, group. No pressure. You could just be yourself and enjoy. After being introduced to each other we met with a fruit bowl full of, colourful, fresh, ingredients and got to know about the ones that we were less familiar with or had never met before. Useful tips a plenty and what can and cannot be substituted. What flavours are a MUST and where you can cheat without wrecking your dish. At the end of the afternoon we sat down with new friends and enjoyed a delicious Thai meal. This is a great gift for a friend or loved one or simply indulge yourself! Menu's vary so multiple attendances are not a problem. Highly recommended.”

“We had a family cooking experience for 12 on a Sunday afternoon which really spiced up our weekend: Tom Yum soup, pad thai, and massaman curry... we feasted well and even had enough left to take home and enjoy the next day. “This was so much fun and completely delicious! Jirapan is a delightful person and absolutely superb as a tutor and chef. We even made banana leaf baskets - a miracle considering the skill level of her pupils! The dishes we created were out of this world - as good if not better than any restaurant. I have since located my local Thai supermarket and am heading off there with confidence - I don't want to cook or eat anything else now!”
