“I purchased a helium gas canister for my wife's 50th birthday party which was quickly dispatched and arrived in good time. However, I was really disappointed with the amount of gas in the canister. On the rather colourful 'french' box it told me I could easily inflate 30 balloons, but sadly we didn't get past 14 - I didn't over-inflate the balloons, we blew them to an average size. As I inflated them on the day of the party, we never had chance to get more gas. However, everyone had a good time. Great service but let down by the very average contents of a gas container.”

“I can't believe how difficult it was to find some plain party hats! Luckily my google search found this fantastic website and the hats (& shaker balloons) arrived in plenty of time for my daughter's party. The packaging was perfect so no change of damage to the hats in transit. Low cost party hats but the quality was certainly there. Will be purchasing again in the future”

“I ordered some supplies for my son's birthday party and paid extra for the 24hr delivery. However one of the items was a special delivery item which couldn't be delivered in 24hrs. There was no mention of this when I ordered my items and it certainly wasn't flagged up on the website when I pain the £7 24hr delivery charge. When my items then didn't turn up in 24hrs and I contact Partyrama the person I spoke to was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He basically said it was my fault for ordering something that couldn't be delivered in 24hrs even though there was no clear mention of it on the site and they had taken the payment from me. I asked for a refund as the goods were too late for my sons party. He said he would do that and then just put the phone down on me. Incredibly bad service, I would NEVER use Partyrama again, awful.”

“I ordered 2 banners from Partyrama my first purchase, the ordering was really easy and fast with no problems at all. The banners were shipped the same day as the order and I had a ship notification from Fed Ex to say they were en route. However 3 days later I had still not received them. I contacted Partyrama immediately as I needed them 2 days later. The gentleman was unbelievably efficient, apologized profusely, as the courier has acknowledged receipt of them and given my party was only 2 days later he said he did not want me to be without them, shipped another 2 banners for delivery pre 12 noon the following day (the day before I needed them) The banners arrived as promised which I was thrilled about, and the quality of them was fabulous I have had banners before and they have been quite thin plastic material these were not they were really good quality. Thank you for your superb customer service, and fabulous banners, I look forward to dealing with you again in the future”
