I ordered some supplies for my son's birthday party and paid extra for the 24hr delivery. However one of the items was a special delivery item which couldn't be delivered in 24hrs. There was no mention of this when I ordered my items and it certainly wasn't flagged up on the website when I pain the £7 24hr delivery charge. When my items then didn't turn up in 24hrs and I contact Partyrama the person I spoke to was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He basically said it was my fault for ordering something that couldn't be delivered in 24hrs even though there was no clear mention of it on the site and they had taken the payment from me. I asked for a refund as the goods were too late for my sons party. He said he would do that and then just put the phone down on me. Incredibly bad service, I would NEVER use Partyrama again, awful.
