“Excellent communication regarding the status of my order. Order was correct and timely. Products were exactly as described. Only minor issue was that one set of microfibres (4 x royal blue 360gsm, 40cm x 40cm) were not packaged in any cellophane bags and they all dropped on the floor when I opened the delivery package!”

“Delivery was deficient by 1 item, but this problem was swiftly resolved and another delivery arranged, which arrived very quickly. Products look of very good quality and better than what I have previously purchased from high street retailers.”
