“Regrettably delivery of my order was delayed due to postal services not being able to cope with Christmas and New Year deliveries. When commenting on this, Panzerwrecks offered to send a replacement if delivery was further delayed. I highly appreciated this suggestion and the personal approach by Mr. Lee Archer. The book has arrived in the meantime and I will certainly make future purchases.”
