“I have followed Panzerwrecks for a number of years. I consider them my "go to" site for specialty military vehicle technical books. My latest pourchase was for the long awaited Spexialfahrzeuge 1 by Volker Ruff which covers special A4 rocket support vehicles. I am completely satisfied with the book and can hardly wait for the appearance of Volume 2. Odering was easy (I am overseas from Britain so this was a plus). Email communications were clear and to the point. I knew when my order shipped and I had a tracking number. I asked for careful packing as the book was going on a long journey (it was made longer by a shipper error which had it criss-cross the USA twice) but I was able to track its progress and it made it to me). Panzerwrecks obliged my request and the volume arrived in perfect condition! Panzerwrecks gets high praise from me because they deserve it and they deliver what they promise. Order with confidence.”

“I live in Australia and my main concern was purchasing books that are currently not available in my country at a reasonable price along with shipping. After finding the books, and many more, that are in my interest field (Tanks) I purchased 3 books. Unfortunately , 2 of the books were out of print but arriving shortly. I still went ahead with the purchase. At all stages of the purchase Lee, was in regular contact letting me know the progress. When the 2 OOP books were received by Panzerwrecks they shipped them. Now this is where I was impressed; I thought the shipping price would be exboriant but to my surprise the price for 3 hard cover books was more than reasonable. The books arrived within 7 business days, which impressed me as I was still waiting for a Panzer 4 book from Canada which took 3 weeks to arrive. Therefore, my experience with Panzerwrecks has been extremely professional, indeed what I valued was the communication. Communication is critical, it allays the fear when purchasing from overseas from suppliers I haven't used before. Prior to any purchase I always research the supplier by reading reviews of previous buyers. All I can say is this one company I will continue to use for future purchases as their catalogue is extensive and filled with quality products.”
