“I love the clothes I bought from your store! Seeing my kids wear your clothes makes me happy. I also appreciate the helpful assistance I received when I asked a question in the chat. I live in the US and my kids attend a daycare where we are free to dress them in any clothes we want. When we were living in Japan, the daycare had specific rules about the clothes that the children wore for their protection. There are many Organic Zoo fans in Japan. It would be very helpful if you could include details about the materials used on the inside of the clothes, such as whether they have a brushed lining or not. Also, we often have to find clothes that fit us well because of the different races. it would be great if you could include the model's height and clothing size in the clothing description. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would love to buy from your store again in the future. Thank you!”

“I often buy organic zoo children's clothing from Japanese shops. I really liked it and wanted my child to wear it a lot, so I decided to buy it at the store. I thought it would take a long time to arrive since it was an order from a long distance, but I was impressed that it arrived sooner than I expected. The online site was also very easy to understand, and even I, a Japanese person, was able to easily purchase it. I will continue to purchase. thank you very much!”

“I’ve been a returning customer for some time now, and I’m always impressed by how wonderful the quality is and how beautifully soft all of their materials are! The 100% plastic free packaging is like a breath of fresh air. I feel the sizes are true to size (though full transparency both of my babies are bigger than the average baby) and sizing up to give the pieces a bit more wear has worked beautifully. A few pieces have now been through two of my babies and have held up beautifully, and I will be gifting them to my expecting sister in law to continue their life.”

“I have just been asked to send feedback but that is very hard to do when the product was never received. Still waiting. A gift for a newborn family member. Quite disappointed. The money has been taken on my Visa card and another parcel arrived at the same address sent by my sister.”

“I always measure a company by its customer service. For my order the national delivery service let Organic Zoo down and delivered the parcel to the wrong address. As soon as I contacted the team at Organic Zoo they replied immediately started looking into the issue, but more importantly, send a replacement that day! Great customer service - thank you Organic Zoo!”

“I love the sweet little dungarees I just got in the mail from Organic Zoo. The fabric is so soft and is nice and thick. The colour is exactly as pictured. They are sized with room to grow into them and my daughter is not quite fitting into them yet so I can't share a photo but I'm really looking forward to dressing her in them!”

“Customer service was friendly and helpful. I had an issue placing the order and reached out after hours. Someone was able to reach back out to me during work hours. The product themselves are great in quality, texture, packaging - really making me feel your care for the little customers who're wearing your brand. Thank you for the experience. The threshold for free shipping at $200 is a bit high that may make me come back less frequently.”
