“I have definitely lost some weight, only the minimum which I would expect with complete replacement of food, cutting out all sweet and sour treats, exercising even more, I was expecting little bit more weight loss. Also I would appreciate if these meal replacement shakes would come with natural sweetener option instead of the sugar ones. All taste great though. My favourite is chocolate and espresso.”
