“The boots received was damaged and extremely dirty. How it pass quality check nobody knows. I bought a dress on sale to go with the boots bit mow have mo boots and sits with a dress that just won’t look right. Then get told unfortunately they weren’t sold as a pair and that ai must keep the dress as per sale conditions. Surely if you would like to keep a customer buying from you in future you will make a plan and allow the return and give me a store credit? I am not a first time buyer - i already purchased 2 dresses and a pair of boots from you.”
