“I LOVE the card, the reason for the one star is just the lack of any kind of protection for the card, or the ability to attach the card to the envelope. I'd love to be able to order more from you, but sadly, the damages and lost envelopes I get in-store just don't make it a viable option, so my card orders are often kept to a minimum.
As a busy store with often lots of young hands, the stock just gets damaged too quickly, Also, I'm never able to individually price the cards as any price sticker would need to go directly onto the card. Also, the customer ALWAYS needs a paper bag to protect the 'naked' card now adding to my costs - and the environment. Cello-packed cards are good to go, easy to price and easy to then mark down for sale if needed.
I may be in the minority, but I'm currently looking for card suppliers who are using Eco cello bags.
Sorry for the one star! - you do so much well. But the above really puts me off.”
