“The dress is beautiful (a winner!) and we intend to keep it. All tracking details and updates were accurate. However, the box was broken and looked like it had been stepped on. It had been taped up on one side. The dress was also not in any additional (minus one piece of packing paper), so it could have been severely damaged. There is one small dirt spot on the dress.”
