“I was so excited to order a dress for a wedding from you all and unfortunately it didn’t work for my body type which happens when ordering online. The issue is losing $100 to have ordered this dress. It’s $30 in shipping, then $30 in shipping to return and $40 in tariffs. I wish I had never ordered this dress with how ridiculous it seems to pay $100 for nothing. It’s disappointing because of how much I love online from your store and would want to purchase but can no longer order from you given the risk of losing so much money on shipping and tariffs. Understand the tariffs are a US issue but losing $100 to order a dress is ridiculous.”
